THE PROPOSED PLAN
In the summer of 2022, Fr. Hilton gathered a team of parishioners to design and supervise
a parish-wide consultation process. With the advice of a talented Planning Committee
the pastor engaged the services of Integration Design Group, a well-respected architectural
firm based in Denver. The remainder of 2022 was dedicated to a series of parish-wide
town hall gatherings, surveys and stakeholder meetings in order to assess the needs of
both the church and school and to evaluate their current condition and suitability. This
process culminated in a Master Planning Phase report shared with the entire parish
community via a town hall in January of 2023.
We heard your voice and as a result of this extensive process of consultation, the following
plan of action has been selected:
SCHOOL REMODELING
Interior remodel of the school building in order to help us to recruit and retain an outstanding
faculty and student body. Specifically, we propose to address the following needs:
• Replace existing windows with a new energy efficient design.
• Thermal and air quality improvement throughout the building.
• New classroom lighting and functional improvements.
• Enhance teacher lounge and work spaces.
$4 to $5 million estimated cost
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Address issues of deferred maintenance and needed repairs at both the church and school, to
include items such as roof repair, energy efficient windows and new parking lot.
$1.5 to $2 million estimated cost
