BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
In order to address your request for fellowship space, we propose to construct a
three-story building on the site of the existing parish offices (corner of Josephine
Street and Arizona Avenue). The construction will be integrated into the Circle Drive
next to the church where it will be conveniently connected to the church and clearly
visible from University Boulevard.
• The main floor of the new building to serve as a parish hall.
• The lower level will house flexible meeting spaces.
• The second floor will house parish offices.
$10 to $12 million estimated cost
Total Estimated Cost: $15.5 to $18 million
